Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Some health and personal care items

Return Process

To complete a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in these cases:

  • Books with clear signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error

  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and inform you of our decision on approving or rejecting your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay.

Next, contact your bank—there is often a processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are unfortunately not refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you’d like to exchange it for the same item, email us at alorefit.us@gmail.com and send your item to: [SHIPPING ADDRESS].

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver bought it and had it sent later, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver and they’ll know the item was returned.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the estimated delivery time for your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
